Chapter One

“ ‘Ouch! That hurts so much!’ I cried out, as I stumbled backward, looking annoyed. My sister Julian is pulling on a prank on me again. ‘What are you doing this to me, I’m totally annoyed!’ I asked her furiously, rubbing my bleeding finger. ‘It was just a joke, don’t be so afraid ,little brother.’ Julian called sarcastically, she called me Little brother because she knew I hated this name. Just one I was beginning to feel upset, when our mom, Mrs. Jackson, came running down the stairs. ‘Children, i’ve got an excellent news for you, we are going to spend this holiday at Santa Claus's house, I bet there will be many treats for you two, Julian and Robbie!’ I suddenly felt very pleased, there are many candies at Santa Claus’s house. So I’ll let my sister eat all of them, then I’ll prove to her that I am the real boss around here! Mom told us to get dressed, when she was saying the location, I am thinking about how when my sister has eaten half of the house’s candies. Julian didn’t listen carefully too, she was watching outside the window, and thinking hard. ‘ Okay children, let’s move it!’ We all piled into the car, the car smells as fresh as clean air. We buckle our seatbelts, and we took off white like lightning bolts. We drove past cars in trees, houses and buildings. I was going to feel better, when something, or someone, what’s lurking behind the shadows. I just shrugged and looked passed him. ‘Weird.’ I said under my breath. I thought there were nothing so special about today, but I was going to know that I am wrong, totally wrong!”
