06-12-13 課堂習(xí)作 A MYSTERIOUS CAT

今天帶回家的練習(xí)，最近有點(diǎn)偏愛用副詞和細(xì)節(jié)描寫，讀下來感覺有點(diǎn)過了。呵呵。

The warm moist wind whistled gracefully and slowlythrough my hair as I joyfully galloped like a horse into a winding path in the small damp woods. With the glowing green grass in the sunshine and the clear watery dew sparkling and reflecting in the glaring sun, an all black cat caught my attention as it was wondering around gazing at the beatutiful yellow dandelions. 

Just when my eyes totally fixed on the black cat, it hissed furiouely at me. It stood steadily in the middle of the leave-covered path.I froze as still as a statue, not even moving a little muscle. In a fraction of a second, the mysterious cat started charging at me as fast as a ray of a lightning. I held my breath as my heart beated a millions times in a minute. From all that sweat, I thought I was about to explode. 

Right at this panic moment, a blond hair girl with a skirt skipped over with shimmering eyes and scooped up the cat gently and elegantly. As her hand slid across the silky fur, she said with a huge smile, "Don't be afraid. This is only a tiny barn cat. Do you want to pet him?" I quickly answered, "Of course."  

As I patted the cat, the smoothness of the fur was sent through my blood to my heart, My heart was filled with relief and joy.
