Ormerod\'s acrylic paintings are bright and have a pleasingly simple realism about them. They fill the pages and show plenty of action and expression. A sweet-eyed infant， mud-spattered pig， wing-flapping hen， and friendly snapping turtle are some of the inhabitants of this charming offering for lap sharing.
