讀這本書(shū)到中后段時(shí)猜測(cè)兇手是Dr.Sheppard,前面也懷疑過(guò)幾次，但都沒(méi)有把握。直到阿婆描寫(xiě)到醫(yī)生有一個(gè)工作室，會(huì)在這里做一些機(jī)械工作（莫非那個(gè)錄音機(jī)和這個(gè)有關(guān)？），而且不讓仆人進(jìn)去打掃。一次Caroline探頭進(jìn)來(lái)告訴醫(yī)生波洛來(lái)找他，醫(yī)生焦躁的神情也是挺可疑的。所以當(dāng)兇手名字從波洛口中說(shuō)的時(shí)候也沒(méi)有覺(jué)得意外了。 阿婆寫(xiě)打麻將那段挺傳神的，有些部分理解不是很到位，比如那把椅子，真的會(huì)遮擋住錄音機(jī)嗎？
