When I hopped off, a staff stood in front of me. He said we are going to climb Mt. Everest. He said it was the biggest mountain in the world. The temperature sometimes drops far below zero. It is the hardest mountain to climb.
He talked about the rules. 1. Must be with your class. 2. Listen immediately when you need to. He said, “Follow me and we will begin.”We walked half a mile before we got to Mt. Everest. I poked my hiking stick into the ground and pulled me forwards.
Every step I took, I saw an amazing sight. Suddenly my class was gone. I was lost. And a roar came out of nowhere. A jaguar jumped out of the bushes. I jumped onto a little tree down the cliff.
The jaguar slowly walked away. I slowly hopped onto the cliff. Suddenly the cliff’s top broke. Me and the top of the cliff fell down and down. I landed somewhere. It was a place I did not know.
