PD Change Process

It is never too late to learn. The same applies to the change. 

No matter if you are rich or poor, it is never too late to change. As long as you are willing to change, change will happen.

As Dr Lynn Lott mentioned in the video, the change process goes through four phases, desire, awareness, acceptance and options, respectively. Desire is just like the gas or fuel , which provides us with the power and motivates us to make a change.

When desire for change comes out of your mind and heart internally, it means you are ready to step forward.

Change is an option you can make any time. Bear in mind that the reason for change today is not because I have to but I am willing to.
