因為包包開始種植植物，想說國家地理科學都講的是學術實際的東西，就想搭配繪本有的拿出來配。多增加了sprout這個字…這也是媽媽本意想要念這本書的動機，結果看到欲罷不能，隔天還點菜說要看這隻貓！真的是耳朵已經(jīng)都是橋樑書的入門了…但認字才到幼幼班！差好多
因為splat沒有種過植物，所以他就到圖書館去找資料。這時也有問包包 Do you know how to plant a seed? 包包還大方say yes!（很敢講！都媽媽在觀察的）
包包對於畫面上的反應笑得很開心，像是種植時弄得小混亂，倒土倒到老鼠上，澆水澆的老鼠拿葉子當雨傘，這裡包包覺得超有趣的。
然後對種子唱歌說好話，這個，奶...

後來發(fā)芽了，包包看著圖指著，就像跟著劇情走一樣，他跟貓一樣開心。最後把花送給媽媽，就真的是最棒的結局了。
