讀完了哈哈，浦西很熱，但我們還是堅(jiān)持每日上午戶外兩三小時(shí)。。。暴走距離比較短合計(jì)五公里大概。也就是來(lái)回兩公里不到的一個(gè)公園，加上里面繞來(lái)繞去哈哈。沒(méi)有人，想看書(shū)就找樹(shù)蔭下，坐是不適合的，太燙屁股了哈哈。
