The magic gifts 這個民間神話故事的主題其實蠻老套的，一個好心的小伙子被兩個哥哥排擠出門，卻始終懷抱善心救濟幫助別人，后來在過得最慘的時候，偶然遇到了一個僧人。他好心幫助了僧人，也得到了僧人送他的可以心想事成的寶貝。他的哥哥也想得到寶貝，于是散盡家財去找那個神奇的僧人，最后當然是一無所獲。不過好心的弟弟不計前嫌收留他倆，他們悔不當初，最后三個人幸?？鞓飞钤谝黄?。生活中如果真的有那么多奇遇和重新開始，該有多好，可惜只是神話故事啊，仙人永遠只活在書中的。

這個故事我不能茍同，為什么幫助別人要把自己搞得那么潦倒？不是應該拿著那點錢做本錢，有能力照顧自己，有余力再去幫助別人嗎？而且最后致富也是因為幫了和尚，有了奇遇，這不科學。
