這是一本寫纖維的書，它告訴你什么是好的纖維，它可以從食物中進(jìn)行攝取，纖維對人體的作用，里面還有食譜，還能和孩子一起做親子cooking，讀了以后大開眼界，懂了很多這方面的知識。和兒子一起閱讀的，值得推薦。

比較理性消費(fèi)，感覺沒有不值得的東西，也許我不是那種沖動型，買東西時會反復(fù)比較，不會因?yàn)殡p11，雙12，返利才買，平時多瀏覽，把想買的東西放購物車?yán)?，等搞活動時再買，買所需的東西，買適合自己的東西，這樣就不會買錯東西。

我的消費(fèi)中最多的是書，小花生推薦的書大多都值得買，但要買適合孩子的書:比如不要跟風(fēng)，適合孩子才是最好的，而且仔細(xì)閱讀小花生的推薦文章，上網(wǎng)查查這書的AR和蘭斯指數(shù)，書的內(nèi)頁照片讓孩子看看，孩子感興趣，自然會捧著不放。
