Hello everyone, welcome back to read with Susan. Today we're gonna read Go Away, Floppy. Go away, Susan. Hey, monkey, you can't say that. That's very rude, OK?Floppy is a big yellow dog and Floppy wants to play with everyone, but they're busy. So they say go away, Floppy. Don't say go away to people. Now let's get started. 

Page 1 
Look, this is Kipper. What is Kipper doing? Kipper is painting with his crayons and he is using a blue crayon to color the sky. And I like crayons. Do you have crayons? Yes, I have crayons. Good!  
And here comes Floppy. Floppy has a ball in his mouth and he says play with me. Do you think Kipper wants to play with Floppy? No! So Kipper says go away, Floppy. I'm painting. 

Page 2-3 
So Floppy goes to find other children, they are skipping rope. Look, they are doing the two persons a group. They are skipping the rope. They are swinging the rope.  
Here comes Floppy, Floppy has a ball and he says play with me. And do you think they want to play with Floppy? No! So they say go away Floppy. We're skipping. 

Page 4-5 
Mommy and daddy. What  are they doing? Oh, they're painting, painting, painting the garage door. They're using the yellow paint, yellow paint. And this is the brush. So daddy and mommy are busy painting.  
Oh, here comes Floppy, play the ball with me. Do you think daddy and mommy can play with Floppy? No! So they say, go away Floppy. We're painting. 

Page 6-7 
Uh-oh, Floppy was not so happy. And Floppy went away and Floppy put the ball on the lawn. Nobody wanted to play with me!  
And then everybody came out and everybody knew that Floppy was not so happy. And they thought maybe they were wrong by saying go away. OK, so they said, come back, come back, Floppy, come back.

Oh, they are all playing with Floppy. Wow! Look how happy Floppy is! Look, he is holding a bone. Of course the dog likes the bone and Kipper is holding a ... I think that's a rabbit. Oh, maybe this is one of Floppy's favorite toys. And everyone is playing with Floppy. And then everyone says, we're sorry, we're sorry for making you sad. We are sorry for saying go away Floppy, don't go away. Let's play together.  
 

Ask and answer 
1, (P1) Can you tell mewhat's this? It's a ball. What are these? Crayons. 
2, (P2-3) What's this? Skip rope.

3, (P4-5) And what's this? It's a brush. And what's this? It's a paint.

4, (P6-7)What are they saying?  They are saying, come back, Floppy, We're sorry.

OK, if someone wants to play with you, you'd better not say go away.
