Minimalist parenting

老公公司福利， 一個可以看到很多書的摘要的網(wǎng)站， getabstract. 英文的很多nonfiction 的書看著那么厚一本， 其中有用的東西沒有多少， 盡是舉例啊， 一個概念反復(fù)說反復(fù)說。這個網(wǎng)站的好處是只摘要最有用的東西。為什么說是公司福利呢？因為它也是要收費的。老公上千人公司， 據(jù) HR說， 只有我老公一個人去詢問了這個網(wǎng)站怎么用， 可見現(xiàn)在的人對于閱讀的興趣遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)沒有組織出去旅游來的多。 

這次想要分享的書叫minimalist parenting. 

主要是說如何利用有限的時間， 精力， 金錢來管理家庭， 教育孩子， 使自己更快樂， 減少壓力。

? know your values and your family. keep in your life what you love, let go of the rest. 
? listen to your "Inner bus driver", the internal voice of the wisdom that involves that knows what 's right for you and your family-No matter what everyone else is doing. 
? making decisions as you go is better than being petrified into inaction. Correct your course later if you must. 
? Stop trying to do everything and excel at all of it, because you can't.Balance your family's schedule to include both planned activities and spontaneous fun. 
? Allow your kids to play and even to be bored.Boredom inspires creativity. 
? Put your family's before- and after-school routines on "autopilot" to make them less stressful for everyone. 
? Plan your meal in advance to save time at the store and in the kitchen. 
? Schedule time for your own self-care, even if it's just occasional 10 minutes.When you are good to yourself, it's easier to be good to those you love. 
? Nuture your relationship with your partner, set aside time for just the two of you.  

其中提到幾點。 

1. 盡量減少購買不必要的東西。現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)購那么發(fā)達(dá)， 什么都很容易買的到， 而且便宜。但是有多少東西是真正需要的？花的錢先不說， 一上網(wǎng)買東西就是數(shù)小時， 買的不好還要退貨， 有時候買回來的東西用了一兩次就不用了。所以買東西前要問自己有沒有必要？家里盡量少添置東西， 把精力金錢花在對人生有幫助的事物上。 
2. 一定要給自己安排放松的時間， 不要硬撐。先愛自己， 好好對待自己， 才能照顧好其他需要你照顧的人。 
3. 不要把孩子的時間表安排的滿滿的， 要讓他們有獨處寂寞的時間。一是要學(xué)會處理寂寞， 一個是寂寞的時候才會并發(fā)出創(chuàng)造力。
