今天我們來讀《看我跳繩》。

Who can you see on the cover?

你看到封面上都有誰？

I can see Dad, Biff, and Chip.

我看到了爸爸，Biff和Chip。

What are they doing?

他們在做什么呢？

Dad is cleaning.

爸爸在做清潔。

Chip is writing.

Chip在寫東西。

Biff is holding a rope.

Biff拿了一個(gè)跳繩。

What are they going to do?

他們要做什么呢？

Let’s read the book to find out.

我們來讀讀這本書吧。

“See me skip,” said Biff.

Biff說：“看我跳繩吧?！?/p>

Biff is holding the rope.

Biff拿著跳繩。

Dad is watching her from inside the house.

爸爸正從屋里往外看著她。

Floppy is also here.

Floppy也在這里。

“This is the way,” said Biff, “I like to do this every day.”
“就這樣跳，”Biff說，“我喜歡每天都跳繩?！?/span>

 Biff is skipping very fast.

Biff跳的非常快。

She is very good at skipping.

她真的很擅長跳繩。

What’s Dad doing?

爸爸在做什么？

Dad is now in the backyard, and he is hanging clothes.

What about Floppy?

Floppy is excited and he is barking.

Dad is holding the rope.

Everyone is looking at Dad.

Oh, Dad is also good at skipping.

“當(dāng)心，爸爸！”

Mum is knocking on the window.

媽媽正在敲窗戶。

She looks quite worried.

她看起來很擔(dān)心。

So do Biff and Chip.

Biff 和Chip看起來也很擔(dān)心。

What will happen?

嘩啦！

Oh no!

天哪！

Dad fell into the paddling pool.

Mum and Floppy are shocked by Dad.

黃豆媽說

平時(shí)讀書的過程中，你可能會(huì)看到很多種表達(dá)“跳”的詞，這些詞都有什么區(qū)別呢？

jump：雙腳跳

hop：單腳跳，例如形容小兔子跳。有一種球，小朋友坐在上面、用手抓著把柄跳，叫hopper，在牛津樹自然拼讀1+階段有一本書就是講的小朋友在玩hopper（Hop！Hop！Pop！這本書）。

leap：跳躍、縱身一躍，例如形容海豚在海里的跳躍、青蛙跳，有一個(gè)動(dòng)畫片叫Leap Frog《跳跳蛙》。

skip：跳繩，輕快小步地跳

特別提醒

1. 每個(gè)寶寶的年齡不一樣，基礎(chǔ)不一樣，不需要完全按照以上文本來講。如果孩子感興趣，就多說一點(diǎn)，不感興趣就少說一點(diǎn)，都沒問題。

2. 只要孩子理解，或看圖能明白，或家長可以用肢體語言或者指物的方式讓孩子明白，就不要翻譯。

3. 如果實(shí)在不能理解，可以適當(dāng)解釋，但不需要字對字翻譯。
